Cheesy Street Food Truck, Adelaide

The cheese toastie trend has been in Adelaide for quite some time now and whilst I have tried a few other places, I have walked past Cheesy Street Food Truck numerous times, but never stopped to give them a go. On this occasion, I (Mirko) decided that I would stop and try out one of their Grilled Cheese sandwiches.

Cheesy Street's menu is small with a number of grilled cheese sandwiches and milkshakes available. I did visit a week later and it did look like their menu changed so it appears that this is something they periodically do which is a great thing!

The Cheesy Van!

Being a fan of rap and then looking at the menu there was no way that I could go past the Notorious P.I.G. A slow cooked BBQ pulled pork, monterey jack cheese served with a side of slaw.

The bread was nicely toasted with an inviting colour and crunch. The pulled pork was succulent and deliciously sweet with the monterey jack cheese was oozing through. The side slaw added a needed freshness to the meal balancing out the sandwich.

Notorious P.I.G - $10

From a price perspective, I think that $10 is a decent price for a lunchtime option. I didn't feel hungry nor overly full which was good as I had to go back to work and didn't want to feel sluggish for the rest of the afternoon.

It looks yummy!. You know I have food truck is also offering Food Truck Catering. Wow. I am gonna hire them for my next corporate event. Thanks for sharing.

This is looking really delicious; I will definitely consider getting for all my parties. Just few days later I am planning to organize a corporate event at my office and I need some good menu options for that. So please help me.
