NYC Quick Chop! Momofuku Milk Bar

Momofuku Milk Bar - 251, E 13th Street, NYC, 10003

Those of you that follow this blog may be able to see that I (Mirko) have a bit of sweet tooth as well as for all things Momofuku. So everytime I am walking the streets of New York City (NYC) and walk past a Momofuku Milk Bar, I always have to stop and take an opportunity to eat a soft serve, crack pie or some form of cookie... you know, to keep me energised throughout the day.

Here is a very quick chop of two soft serves that I had (on two different occasions).

Cereal Milk soft serve with sprinkles
Cereal Milk soft serve with cereal crust
As the name suggests, Cereal Milk soft serve is flavoured like the milk that remained inside your cereal bowl after you finished your cereal. This combination of sweet and slightly salty is a favourite of mine and I always opt for it when I see it. Of the two toppings, I prefer the cereal again because of the taste but also for the additional crunch and texture that it provides.

If you haven't had the chance to try Momofuku Milk Bar, I encourage you to give it a go!
