Union Oyster House - 41 Union Street, Boston, MA 02108
During the middle of last year, on the fourth of July long weekend, some friends and I (Mirko), decided that we would take a long weekend trip to Boston. With the sun shining and being in this city known for its lobster, what better place to eat at but the famous Union Oyster House... or so we thought.
We all arrived knowing that being in Boston, lobster was one of the go-to dishes that we had to try. After being told by numerous people that Union Oyster House was a go to place, we were excited to see what was on offer. Sitting down and already knowing what to order, we all got the full lobster with the butter sauce and fries.

When the lobster came out, I could not wait to dig in, unfortunately, I (along with my friends) on my table were disappointed. The lobster didn't appear to be cooked through, being very wet throughout. The lobster meat was not as flavourful as I have had previously, and there was very little meat in mine.
Unfortunately our lobster experience at Union Oyster House was disappointing today but we hope to find some sweet tender lobster next time we have the opportunity to visit Boston.
