Dan Murphy's Summer 2017 Cocktail Recipe - Pisco Sour

Dan Murphy's were kind enough to share this cocktail recipe with us which we think is just perfect for a warm summer's day.  The Pisco, sugar syrup and Peruvian bitters are all available at your nearest Dan Murphy's store.

Ingredients

o   60ml Pisco (a brandy produced in Peru and Chile)

o   30ml fresh lime juice

o   20ml sugar syrup

o   1 egg white

o   3 dashes Peruvian bitters

o   Maraschino cherry, to garnish

o   Ice



Method

1.       Add all ingredients except bitters to a shaker

2.       Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds

3.       Strain into an ice-filled tumbler

4.       Add bitters and maraschino cherry
