Ingredients
Cream Cheese - 100g
Cream - 80ml
Sugar - 30g
1 x Egg
Method
Soften the cream cheese (leave at room temp or microwave)
Whisk/mix the cream cheese
Add sugar + egg and mix well
Add cream and continue mixing
Pour into a tin
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Once cooled, put in fridge or freezer. Serve chilled.
