Recipe - Amanda's Acai Bowl

Amanda's Acai Bowl


Almond Milk, Banana, Blueberries, Tahini & Peach (clockwise)

Ingredients:

150ml almond milk
1 banana, frozen
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tspn white chia seeds*
1 tspn linseeds*
2 tbspns acai powder*
1 tbspn unhulled tahini


The Field Wholefoods Ingredients

Toppings:
1 tspn bee pollen*
3 tbspn superfood sprinkle*
drizzle of honey*
1 tspn shaved coconut
sliced fruit of your choice (peaches, strawberries, blueberries, figs, banana etc)


Acai Bowl (topped with bee pollen, superfood sprinkle, blueberries, peaches & coconut)

Method:

Blend all ingredients (except toppings) for 30 seconds in a blender.  It should be smooth but nice and thick.  If it is too thick, add a little more almond milk until desired consistency is achieved.

Pour into your serving bowl.  Sprinkle the toppings on top in your own creative fashion!

Enjoy.
